Shop with confidence, the pressurewasherzone gladly accepts returns.
All returns must be unused, undamaged and suitable for resale in the
original packaging. You must obtain an RGA number. Please do so by
contacting our customer service department at 800.292.3279.
In
order to keep our prices low an 18% restocking fee will be applied to
all returns found not to be defective. Most products sold by at
pressurewasherzone.com are covered by the original manufacturers warranty.
If you need help locating a manufacturer for replacement parts, repair services or
warranty information our customer service representatives will be happy
to assist you.
Occasionally items will be damaged during shipment. To help keep our shipping prices
low, we have put in place some additional procedures and recommendations for returned items.
As a precautionary measure, thoroughly inspect any large item before the driver leaves your home
or business. If you notice any damage to the box or item, note the
damage in detail on the receipt and do not accept delivery of the
package. It is important that you do not accept or sign for a damaged
package. Contact our customer service department. We'll send a replacement item or credit your account upon receipt
of the item at our warehouse.
How long do I have to return a product?
You have up to 20 days after the pressurewasherzone.com shipping date to
initiate your return. Your item must reach us within 30 days from the
original shipping date. Items received after 30 days will not be
accepted for return. We will return late items back to you. Due to
shipping considerations, we are unable to accept returns on items
shipped to APO/FPO addresses.
Which products are ineligible for return?
1. No returns on closeouts, discontinued or obsolete items.
2. No returns on any equipment that has had gas or oil in it.
3. No return of custom design or private labeled products.
